Earth Friendly Commitment
Ridgefield Apartments is striving to incorporate earth-friendly practices into our day-to-day operations.
Some of the practices that we have adopted into our business are:
- Toxins Reductions - Using non-toxic cleaning products by Earth Friendly Products ™ in our housekeeping tasks.
- Energy Reductions - Using fluorescent bulbs and replacing appliciance with energy reducing models whenever possible.
- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle - Donating reusable furnishings to charitable organizations, using water efficient fixtures, and recycling all office paper, plastics and cardboard.
- Education - Yearly newsletters to our tenants on how they may reduce energy consumption and educating employees on green initiatives
